Your next step toward recovery starts here
My Next Step is a small, Christian-based counseling practice that provides a safe, positive environment to recover from addiction — with the coping strategies you need to learn, grow, and build the next chapter of your life without substances.
We've walked a similar road
Many of our team are in recovery themselves. That shared experience allows a deeper connection and understanding between client and counselor — and a nonjudgmental atmosphere where you can feel accepted from the first night.
We are all unique individuals on our own journeys. My Next Step is here to help light and guide you on your path. Together we can create solutions and help you step into the next chapter of your life.
More about us
Outpatient care built around your life
Everything we do is outpatient. You keep your job, your home, and your family — and get real support a few evenings a week.
Evening IOP Groups
Intensive Outpatient group sessions led by licensed counselors, covering family dynamics, spiritual growth, 12-Step principles, identity, and recovery protection.
Individual Counseling
One-on-one sessions for substance use, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and the life changes that come with getting sober.
Family & Couples
Addiction reaches beyond the client. We strongly encourage participation from family and the people who support your recovery.
